Appointments
In general, 24 hours notice is needed for individual treatments; however, we may be able to accommodate same day appointments. A minimum of seven (7) days is best for Mobile Oasis Couples Packages. For Mobile Oasis Spa Parties, we suggest a two (2) weeks minimum. Again, we may be able to accommodate on shorter notice. Please call for availability.
Cancellation
Same day appointments require at least a 3 hour minimum when canceling. There is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance. Individual and couple treatments require at least a 24 hours notice when canceling. There is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Mobile Oasis Spa Parties typically require at least a seven (7) day minimum when canceling. There is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than seven (7) days in advance.
No Shows will be charged the full amount of service.
Attire
Wear casual attire that easily slips on and off without fussing. Please note that removing your clothing allows the therapist to massage without obstacles, allowing for a more enjoyable, productive experience. Although we recommend removing your clothing, we do not require it. We respect your privacy and understand that everyone has a different comfort level. Please know that we take your privacy very seriously and make every effort to be as discreet as possible.
Age Minimum
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive Spa services. If under the age of 18, services will only be provided with a parent or assigned guardian present.

Prices for individual services and packages are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
Mobile Oasis accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash. All returned checks, regardless of reason, will incur a $30.00 return check charge.
Punctuality
Clients must be available 15 minutes prior to their appointments so that they will have time to change their clothes, fill out the client consultation form and begin to relax.

Communication with therapist/healer
If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment, such as music, pressure, or lighting, please let us know immediately.
Our spa professionals will refuse services if any of the following apply:
Over consumption of alcohol or other substance(s)
Broken skin and/or lesions
Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation
Misconduct, including but not limited to, sexual advances, solicitation, innuendoes and/or suggestive comments (Please note...Refunds will absolutely NOT be issued, if a service is refused or discontinued due to misconduct.)
Jewelry
Please remove neck and wrist ornaments prior to treatment. Mobile Oasis cannot be responsible for loss of valuables.
Tipping
Clients may leave a tip depending on the quality of the service. Typically, the rule of thumb is 15 to 20 percent of cost of service. Please note that although tipping is greatly appreciated, it is not required or expected.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Our goal is to treat the personal information you furnish with the utmost respect in accordancewith this Privacy Policy. We need the following information in order to process your requestsfor an appointment: your name, number, e-mail address and mailing address. We also require your credit card number and its expiration date in order to reserve an appointment.
Health and Pregnancy Considerations
If you have high blood pressure, allergies and/or any other physical ailments or disabilities, orif you are pregnant, please make sure to notify our Staff when making the appointment andbefore your treatment. Should you experience any discomfort during your treatment, please alert your therapist immediately. For pregnant clients, we offer a Prenatal Massage, which is a relaxing Swedish massage, done with light to medium pressure and proper positioning, designed to safely relax the whole body. However, we suggest all expectant mothers to check with their doctor prior to getting a massage. A note from your physician may be required.
