Q: How soon must I book an appointment to get a massage?
A: In general, 24-hours notice is needed for individual treatments, however, we may be able to accommodate same day appointments.  A minimum of seven (7) days is best for Mobile Oasis Couples Packages.  For Mobile Oasis Spa Parties, we suggest a two (2) weeks minimum.  Again, we may be able to accommodate on shorter notice.  Please call for availability.
Q: When will my therapist(s) arrive?
A: Your therapist(s) will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for individual treatments and 30-60 minutes early for Mobile Oasis Spa Parties and Couples Packages, in order to introduce themselves, go over the treatment, answer any questions and setup.
Q:  I feel uncomfortable removing all of my clothes.  Is it necessary to do so?
A:  Removing your clothing allows the therapist to massage without obstacles, allowing for a more enjoyable, productive experience.  Although we recommend removing your clothing, we do not require it.  We respect your privacy and understand that everyone has a different comfort level.  Please note that we take your privacy very seriously and make every effort to be as discreet as possible.
Q: Do you book group events?
A: Yes, we do book group events.  For example, you can choose your own party theme and we will customize a package that fits within your budget.  Please see Spa Parties for more information.
Q: Is there a minimum time requirement for a massage?
A: Yes, we do require a thirty-minute minimum.
Q: What if I have special needs?
A: If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, please notify Mobile Oasis at the time of reservation or prior to the start of the massage session. Services may need to be modified.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
Mobile Oasis accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.   

Q: Is there an age requirement?
A: Clients under the age of 18 must have adult supervision and written parental consent.     

Q: I need to cancel.  What must I do?
A: Same day appointments require at least a 3-hour minimum when canceling.  There is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance.  Individual and couple treatments require at least a 24-hour notice when canceling.  There is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance.  Mobile Oasis Spa Parties typically require at least a 7 day minimum when canceling.  There is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

Q: Do you run a background check on your therapists?

A: Yes, we run an extensive background check on each and every one of our therapists.  We also check personal and professional references and verify licensure and insurance.  Your safety and peace of mind is our number one priority and something we take very seriously.  Mobile Oasis works only with verifiably reputable, experienced, licensed massage therapists.
